Hardware rendering not working on GPUs

@Neves-P has changed the run command from

matlab -desktop

to

vglrun matlab -desktop -nosoftwareopengl

on GPU nodes, but I got some errors when running it this way. The app starts, and I could connect to it, but it crashes quickly thereafter. It is possible that the VirtualGL module needs to be installed and loaded.

Until this is resolved, I've changed back to the non GL command.
