vip jump from one node to another back and forth when api server down under cp_mode:enable and arp_vip: true

vip jump from one node to another back and forth when api server down, my parameters are cp_mode:enable and arp_vip: true
To Reproduce
not clear , but it happened on a production environment, the k8s cluster has 3 masters node.
- request amounts was so big that the api server was down.
- vip jump from one node to another back and forth , kubevip pod crashed.
Expected behavior
I hope vip address remains ok.

- OS/Distro: Ubuntu 22
- Kubernetes Version: v1.30.3
- Kube-vip Version: v0.8.0, v0.8.6 ,v0.9.2
