Feat: add a couple of core packages for console and troubleshooting.

This adds the console-login-helper packages that show you the IP addresses and SSH logins on the console. Also adds some more packages for troubleshooting, sorts the list to make it easier to find/add packages and adds a little comment to each package to explain what it does (might be quite obvious for some of them, but not so much for others).
