Also contributed this to EB (https://github.com/easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs/pull/22559) with a newer toolchain (based on existing easyconfigs), but we don't have GCC 13.3.0 yet, so I've used 12.3.0 here instead.

The tarballs for these builds have been ingested.
