Ollama in Jupyter

This app allows a HB user of the Web Portal to start an ollama server and a Jupyter notebook within a job, and thus use ollama on HB with a Jupyter frontend.

The app is currently available on https://portaltest.hb.hpc.rug.nl in the Interactive Apps, under the name Ollama (Jupyter). There is a link to the README.md of this repo, where instructions on how to use the app can be found. In production, we can change that link to the wiki. There is a draft for the wiki entry at:

https://wiki.hpc.rug.nl/habrok_internal/drafts/ollama

It is the same as the README.md, and can be updated when we update the app.
